Product Features:
- Stop Logs can be separated by a rubber membrane to stop water leaks. We can put a "saw slot" along the timbers to accommodate the membrane
- Stop Log panels - timbers should have full width hardwood splines to add strength and reduce leakage
- Wood is untreated (with no preservative) because they are located in freshwater streams and fish bearing creeks and lakes. Stop Logs should never be Chemically treated (that went out of fashion in the 90's)
- Price as indicated are just examples, every Stop Log or Stop Log panel are unique
Optional Product Features:
- Harpoon "receivers" can be added which are designed to "lock in" the individual log
- U-Bolt lifters or through-bolt "ears" (lifting lugs) for stop-log-lifter designed equipment
- Steel pins for lifting small Stop Logs with hand lifter (supplied)
- Stainless handles can be added for smaller logs
- Ballast Plates can be added to over-come floatation issues. Floatation depends by project, typically a panel is "above the water line" and may not require ballast.
